Owner - Jerad W. Stout

With a background in Architecture and a degree in Engineering Services. I have focused my work on renewable, and sustainable construction materials. Aways knowing about Permeable Pavement through Architecture and also knowing how rare it’s used but heavily needed. I decided to attempt a personal project to test out its capabilities. After weeks of research, it was clear Truegrid really was the strongest paver on the market. After completing a path with some local help, I fell in love with how diverse the product was and how many solutions it came with.

Skipping forward, it became apparent people needed to know and understand how valuable permeable pavement is. Not only is it a 100% post-consumer recycled product but it allows water to return to its natural water table while also retaining it’s overflow.

A few years later, we have a full install crew and are able to sell directly to DIY’er offering consulting with every order.
